Our Process:
If your wedding is a one-of-a-kind, destination wedding, please have your wedding coordinator give us a call. We look forward to being prepared for you.
Design:
The design process is just that, a process. Often there is a lot of brainstorming and rethinking as to what goes into creating the vision of your dreams. We get that, and are excited to assist in developing that vision. We start with the basic information, tell us your story. At that point we will do a more detailed phone “interview” as well as look over your Pinterest / image boards or your wedding website for clues as to your dream day and your vision of it!
Step#1 of the process is presenting our interpretation of your vision with images and diagrams of your space~ This is complimentary.
If we are on the right track, we will send you a “save the date” letter of intent. At this time we do require a deposit to hold the date, realizing there still may be changes. This deposit will be deducted from your final payment.
As changes are sorted out, please know we do charge for our time along the way. Our design time is based on an hourly fee of $85.00 which usually involves additional image boards, diagrams and continuing discussions.
If we do not have the item(s) you are looking for in our extensive inventory, we will source it for you or have our in-house fabrication department create what you are looking for. Once we have reached an agreement on the design, we will move to the contract stage. Please know we will keep your budget in mind and let you know along the way where the charges stand.
Rentals:
If you know exactly what you are looking for, enjoy the inspiration and take a look at our main website for additional inventory that might work for you. Tell us what you are interested in and we will turn a quote around within 48 hours to include delivery, installation and strike of your rental items. Please note that in order to provide an exact quote we will need to have the dates and times that the venue has provided for installation and strike.
If flowers are involved, we will also provide an estimate based on your images. One meeting with our floral team and an event coordinator are included in this direction. If more meetings are required, the design fee will be assessed.
